A Loving & Organized Delaware Family is Seeking a Full-Time Nanny Assistant
Children: A 7 year old and a 5 year old
Salary: $22-$24 per hour based on experience
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time-Monday-Friday. 30 hours guaranteed-up to 35 hours some weeks
Location: Delaware, OH
Start Date: March 31st, 2025
This lively and affectionate family is seeking a full-time nanny/assistant to become a valued part of their home! Their children are active and creative, with a love for dance, gymnastics, pretend play, crafting, and building. As a family, they enjoy board games, trying new restaurants, visiting the zoo, and frequent trips to the library. Staying active is important to them, whether swimming, exploring nature trails, or playing mini-golf. They are excited to welcome a nanny who brings energy, organization, and a love for fun-filled days!
This warm and welcoming family is looking for a dedicated nanny/household assistant to become a valued part of their home! With both children in school full-time, they need a reliable and organized individual to help with morning routines, including breakfast and getting ready for the day. Once the children are off to school, the role shifts to household support, such as light tidying, laundry, unloading/reloading the dishwasher, and picking up pre-ordered groceries.
Flexibility is key, as their greatest needs are in the early morning and late afternoon, with school pick-ups being an essential part of the role. On holidays and school breaks, the focus will be on childcare, with light household tasks incorporated alongside the children. The family values a nanny who is proactive, dependable, and willing to be an extra set of hands. A vehicle will be provided, and they will prioritize candidates who are up to date on COVID-19 and flu vaccinations.

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations.
