About the Role
Warm, Active, and Adventurous Columbus, OH Family is seeking a Full-Time Nanny!
Children: 1 adorable newborn!
Salary: $22 - $25 per hour based on duties and experience.
Full-Time: 40 hours guaranteed, up to 45 hours weekly.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Location: Columbus, OH
Start Date: April 2025
This welcoming and energetic family recently relocated from California and has embraced life in Columbus. They love exploring the city, trying new coffee shops, and enjoying evenings out at restaurants and the movies. On weekends, they can often be found walking through Schiller Park, playing tennis or pickleball, or spending time with their beloved French Bulldog, Gus, at the dog park. With their families visiting from California from time to time, they value a home filled with warmth and connection. Their little one is beginning to show his personality, and they are excited to watch him grow and develop each day!
This family is searching for a loving, reliable nanny who will provide their little one with engaging and nurturing care. The ideal nanny will enjoy supporting the baby’s early development through tummy time, interactive play, and gentle encouragement as he reaches new milestones. Walks outside when the weather allows are encouraged, as well as creating a warm and enriching environment where the baby can thrive. This role is perfect for a nanny who finds joy in fostering curiosity, offering patience and kindness, and becoming a valued part of a growing family. The family is also seeking someone with flexibility in the evenings and availability on Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Most importantly, they are looking for a nanny who will provide their little one with the same love and care they give him every day.

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations.
