A Lively, Intellectual, and Exciting New Albany, OH family is seeking a Part-Time Nanny!
Children: Lovely newborn
Salary: $22-$25 per hour based on duties and experience.
Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (24 hours guaranteed)
Location: New Albany, OH
Start Date: April, 2025
This New Albany family enjoys an active lifestyle, including walks, pickleball, tennis, and golf. They also value intellectual pursuits and plan to encourage their little one to engage with numbers, basic math, and even chess at a young age. With Mom working as a doctor and Dad working primarily from home, they cherish time spent traveling, often with extended family. Their little one is an active and curious 6-week-old who enjoys interacting with the environment, and they are excited to find a nanny who will help foster growth and learning from an early age.
This family is looking for a dedicated nanny who will integrate seamlessly into their home, providing warm and engaging childcare while Mom and Dad are occupied with work. With Mom at the hospital throughout the day and Dad working remotely with occasional travel, the nanny should be proactive in engaging the little one in enriching activities such as reading books and interactive play to support developmental milestones. They also hope to find a long-term fit, as they plan to welcome a second child in the future. The ideal candidate will be dependable, engaging, and looking for a lasting relationship with the family!

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations.
