About the Role
A Warm, Laid-Back, and Engaging Dublin family is seeking a Full-Time Nanny!
Children: 2 amazing children; 8-year-old and 2-year-old
Salary: $25–$30 per hour based on duties and experience.
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time — Monday through Friday, 40 hours guaranteed
Location: Dublin, OH
Start Date: June, 2025

Their household isn’t bound by a rigid schedule, and they strive to create a relaxed, supportive atmosphere for everyone. The older child is delightfully imaginative, diving into books, loving dramatic play and strategy games. The younger child is full of energy and joy, with a love for both books and active play, including time outside, walks, and playground adventures. Together, the family enjoys meaningful time at home and out in the community and is excited to welcome a nanny who can be a steady, joyful part of their daily rhythm.
The ideal nanny for this family will be attentive, active, and fully engaged with their toddler. A successful candidate will understand the importance of early development and be eager to foster exploration and growth through age appropriate activities, play, and routines. A typical day will be centered around their younger child, ensuring they are safe, engaged, and thriving. They are curious, active, and love reading, so a nanny who enjoys staying on the move and embracing toddler interests is a must! While additional household help is appreciated, the top priority will always be providing exceptional care and interaction for their children. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nanny who is dependable, active, playful, and passionate about child development!

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations.
