A Playful, Loving and Energetic Dublin, OH Family is Seeking a Part-Time Nanny!
Children: 2 children: a 3-year-old and a 5-month-old
Salary: $25+/hour, based on experience and duties
Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time – Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Location: Dublin, OH
Start Date: ASAP
This playful, loving, and energetic Dublin family enjoys spending quality time together through crafts, staying active, and reading as a household. Their oldest, a bright and expressive 3-year-old, loves puzzles, arts and crafts, running fast, playing outside, and reading all kinds of books. He is wonderfully self-aware, confidently sharing what he likes, what he doesn’t like, and exactly how he feels. He has a goofy, joyful personality and takes pride in making everyone laugh. The nanny will primarily spend their days with the family’s 5-month-old, a smiley, talkative, and alert baby who adores her big brother. She loves to cuddle, explore with her hands, and engage with the world around her. Together, the children bring sweetness, curiosity, humor, and warmth to the home. This is a welcoming, positive family who values connection, creativity, and supporting each child’s unique personality and developmental journey.
The ideal nanny for this family is warm, fun, and encouraging—someone who treats children with genuine affection while also embracing playfulness, humor, and joy. They are looking for a caregiver who understands child development and can navigate transitions with patience and confidence. With the baby still adjusting to bottle-feeding and the 3-year-old occasionally home from school, the nanny should be adaptable, calm, and skilled at creating smooth, nurturing routines. A nanny who enjoys crafts, reading, outdoor play, and following the children’s interests will thrive in this position. Reliability, emotional awareness, and kindness are essential, as is someone who values communication and works collaboratively with the family. Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations (based on family preference).
