As a professional nanny agency, OHNFC understands the needs and challenges that busy modern day professional families face when choosing professional childcare, and are here to ease that frustration. OHNFC strives to ensure that nannies and families form a healthy professional relationship for years to come and will be there to support them every step of the way.
Owner Ashley Everhart wanted to use her 12+ years of childcare and nanny industry knowledge and experience to assist families in finding their perfect nanny. She holds an Associate Degree in Paraprofessional Education and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Ashley is currently working toward her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling and has an undeniable passion for helping people.
During her time as a nanny, Ashley has learned the ins and outs of the business and gained an understanding of not only what it means to be a high quality professional, but what it means for families to have high quality childcare for their most precious assets. Ashley has a unique perspective as she is still currently in the nanny industry and uses this as an opportunity to gain additional knowledge on the everchanging nanny family environment.
