This family values consistency, especially around sleep schedules and daily routines, and they plan to use a sleep-training approach when developmentally appropriate. They are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, work independently, and create a loving environment while also maintaining structure and gentle authority. Occasional date nights or rare overnights may be requested with plenty of advance notice. The family is flexible and respectful of the nanny’s life outside of work and is happy to accommodate occasional schedule adjustments when possible.
