Ohio Nanny Family Collective was born from something deeply personal: a love for people, a respect for the meaningful work happening inside the home, and a belief that the right nanny-family relationship can truly change the rhythm of a family’s life.
Founded by Ashley Everhart, OHNFC is a boutique nanny placement agency built on more than 20 years of experience in the childcare and nannying industry. Ashley’s background began with a genuine passion for working with children and families and has grown into a trusted agency designed to support professional families and career nannies throughout Ohio with warmth, intention, and an elevated level of care.
With an Associate Degree in Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and having pursued a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling, Ashley brings a thoughtful, people-centered perspective to every placement. Her experience has shaped the way OHNFC approaches this work: with intuition, professionalism, honesty, and a deep understanding that childcare is never one-size-fits-all.

Outside of work, she can often be found with her family enjoying community events, visiting farmers markets, exploring local businesses, and seeking out any and all local coffee shops.
