This warm and adventurous Columbus family is excited to welcome their first baby this November and is seeking a full-time nanny to begin in early March 2027. They are an active, family-centered household that values quality time, travel, the outdoors, wellness, connection, and building a loving home rooted in patience, kindness, open communication, and healthy living. They enjoy hiking, exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, and being involved in their Columbus community. They also share their home with a sweet family dog who has been a beloved part of their lives for many years. As first-time parents, they hope to create a calm, playful, curious, and deeply loving environment where their child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to grow into their own unique little person. With close family and friends nearby, their child will grow up surrounded by a strong circle of love and support.

The ideal nanny for this role is nurturing, attentive, playful, proactive, dependable, and truly passionate about infant care and development. The family would love someone with a background or education in early childhood development, early childhood education, nursing, or a related field, along with previous professional nanny experience caring for infants. A bilingual Spanish and English nanny would be a wonderful bonus, especially someone comfortable speaking Spanish regularly and supporting early language exposure. This role is a wonderful fit for someone who enjoys thoughtful, hands-on engagement through outdoor time, neighborhood walks, books, music, sensory play, age-appropriate activities, library visits, park outings, and little adventures as the child grows. Because travel is an important part of this family’s life, they are seeking a nanny who is open and available to travel with them when needed; a valid passport is required. A strong fit will understand developmental milestones, communicate openly with the parents, and feel confident taking ownership of the day while working in a home where a parent may sometimes be present.
