A Caring, Outgoing and Playful New Albany family is searching for a Full-Time Temporary Nanny!
Children: 3 year old & a Newborn
Salary: $25 per hour based on duties and experience.
Full Time/Part Time: Full time; Monday-Friday with some evenings and weekends required
Location: New Albany, Ohio
Start Date: End of May, 2025 to End of September 2025- Possible Extension
A caring, fun loving and busy family of 4 is seeking a full time nanny for their toddler and newborn. This warm and active family places a high value on spending quality time together despite their busy schedules! They enjoy a variety of activities, including watching movies, shopping, exploring the city, this outgoing family enjoys being active, music, art, traveling, and anything sports and outdoors related! Their pup is a huge part of their family and love to include him in the adventures!
The ideal candidate will be someone who is reliable, flexible, and organized, with excellent communication skills. This family is searching for a professional who will be engaging and active, and has a passion for planning fun and educational activities to help their children meet their emotional and developmental milestones. As the family’s schedule becomes more demanding, flexibility for occasional late evenings, weekends, or possible overnight care is essential. The ideal candidate should be open to traveling with the family. The family highly values their privacy; therefore, candidates will be required to sign a comprehensive non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and complete social media confidentiality forms.

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations.
