A Fun and Adventurous Delaware family is seeking a Full Time summer nanny!
Children: 3 incredible school age children ( ages - 11, 8, 6)
Salary: $22-$25 per hour based on duties and experience.
Full Time/Part Time: Full time Monday-Friday. 30 hours guaranteed
Location: Delaware, Ohio
Start Date: May, 2024
This tight-knit and down to earth family is searching for a full time nanny for their 3 delightful children. This family loves spending time outdoors, playing fun games, and snuggling up together for movie nights. The kids are very active and enthusiastic about gymnastics, and they have a keen sense of curiosity and creativity. The oldest child is considerate and compassionate, and takes pleasure in looking after their younger siblings. The middle child may be a bit reserved at first, but quickly warms up and relishes the chance to show off their artistic side and take on new challenges. The youngest is an avid reader and enjoys playing games. This role entails minimal household duties, transporting the children to various activities, such as gymnastics, the pool, the zoo, and museums, so a reliable form of transportation is essential. However, the family is generously providing a vehicle for the nanny to utilize.
The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is engaging, fun and compassionate! They’re seeking a nanny who will balance the children’s day with activities and outdoor time, while also giving them downtime when a break is needed. It is essential that the candidate is trustworthy and can create a comfortable environment for the family They are seeking someone who possesses exceptional communication skills and can devote their undivided attention to the children throughout the day to ensure a fun and exciting summer!

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations.
