About the Role
A care-free, inviting and cheerful Upper Arlington, OH family is seeking a Part-Time Nanny ( Mother’s Helper)!
Children: 1 wonderful toddler, with a bundle of joy on the way!
Salary: $20 - $25 per hour based on experience and duties.
Full Time/Part Time: Part Time - 8 - 10 hours per week, extremely flexible day time schedule (M-F).
Location: Upper Arlington, OH
Start Date: July, 2024
This laid-back family, nestled in the heart of Upper Arlington, radiates warmth and joy. They find immense pleasure in exploring the outdoors, mingling with neighbors, and relishing every moment of family time. The toddler, a curious explorer, is on the verge of welcoming a new sibling into the fold. They revel in favorite songs, such as "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star," and eagerly embrace activities like zooming around with a walker and diving into storybooks. Breakfast time is a cherished affair for them, filled with laughter and delight!
As they prepare for the new addition to their family, they seek a nurturing nanny who can seamlessly integrate into their dynamic. The family is extremely flexible on their days and hours, hoping to find someone who can assist with the daily adventure! The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and possesses a genuine love for children. Infant experience and a love for pups is a must! This part-time position offers a chance to be part of a loving household that values both structure and spontaneity and would be a perfect opportunity for an experienced nanny looking to add on a few extra hours each week!

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations.
