A Friendly and Considerate Powell family is seeking a Full-Time Mothers Helper!
Children: 3 children, ages 11, 8, and 3.
Salary: $22-$24 per hour based on duties and experience.
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 35 hours guaranteed. Hours: 1:00p-8:00p
Location: Powell, OH
Start Date: ASAP
This vibrant and energetic Powell family is looking for a nanny who can become a true extension of their home. They love to stay busy and make the most of their time together, whether traveling, enjoying the outdoors, or taking their golf cart for a spin around the neighborhood. Summer days are often spent at the pool, while the kids enjoy crafting, board games, and dance-offs throughout the year. Their oldest is kindhearted, their middle child is full of spunk and love, and their youngest is an easygoing little adventurer who enjoys sports, Spider-Man, and all things cars. While both parents are involved, mom requires additional support due to a medical complication and dad’s demanding job often requires travel. They are seeking a nanny who is flexible, reliable, and able to take on additional household tasks as needed.
The ideal nanny for this family is warm, fun, and engaging—someone who can seamlessly transition between playtime, school routines, and being an extra set of hands for the parents. This role requires a flexible schedule. A nurturing, outgoing nanny who can create fun-filled days while also providing structure and support will thrive in this position. Experience with multiple children, adaptability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are essential qualities. The family hopes to find someone who is not just a caregiver but a valued and trusted part of their lives.

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations.
