About the Role
A Joyful, Dynamic, and Welcoming Upper Arlington family is Looking for a Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant!
Children: 2 wonderful children; 6-year-old and 4-year-old
Salary: $28- $31 per hour based on duties and experience.
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 40 hours guaranteed
Location: Upper Arlington, OH
Start Date: ASAP

This home is filled with love, laughter, and the occasional dance party!
The ideal nanny for this family is dependable, proactive, and genuinely invested in building strong relationships with the children and the family as a whole. A calm, confident presence with a warm heart and a love for animals is key, especially since the family’s beloved rescue dog may take time to warm up to new faces. This position calls for someone who is both independent and communicative, who can navigate an ever-changing schedule with ease and flexibility. This family is looking for additional household; organizing, laundry, errands and meal prepping while the kids are in school. Once the kids are home, all focus should be on them! A passion for fostering growth, encouraging milestones, and embracing each child’s unique personality is essential. Someone who sees value in becoming part of the neighborhood fabric and isn't afraid to engage with friends, parents, and neighbors will thrive in this welcoming, connected household!

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations (based on family preference).
