About the Role
A Hard-Working, Generous, and Family-Oriented Dublin, OH family is seeking a Full-Time Nanny!
Children: Three Children. 6 year old, 4.5 year old and 4 month old. 2 oldest in school
Salary: $25- $26 per hour, based on duties and experience.
Full Time/Part Time: Full- Time guaranteed 40 hours per week
Scheduled Days: Monday-Thursday. 8a-6p.
Location: Dublin, OH
Start Date: April 7th, 2026

Giving back to their community and helping others is important to them, and they love spending time as a family. They enjoy maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle, and exploring the world together. Traveling as a family is something they cherish, but they also value having personal time for themselves as they navigate the demands of running businesses together.
The ideal nanny will be a trusted extension of the family, helping to raise the children with the same philosophies and values they hold dear. They are searching for someone who is caring, nurturing, organized, and able to establish boundaries with the children. The nanny will be an essential part of helping the household run smoothly. With experience in caring for infants and toddlers, as care will be mainly for the younger children. The nanny should be proactive and enjoy working with children at this developmental stage. The family is looking for a planner who can help keep the household organized, and someone willing to travel with them as needed for work events/vacation. Occasional overnight stays will be required for out-of-town business trips; averaging about 10 times per year.

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations (based on family preference).
