A Fun, Active, and Loving Plain City, OH Family is Seeking a Part-Time Nanny!
Children: 2 children
Salary: $25-$28 per hour, based on duties and experience
Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time – 20 hours guaranteed
Location: Plain City, OH
Start Date: October, 2025
This fun, active, and loving family enjoys spending quality time together and embracing the simple joys of life. Their oldest child loves sports, especially soccer and flag football, and has a passion for cars, monster trucks, and racing Hot Wheels. The youngest is a sweet infant who enjoys snuggles, going for walks, and trying new foods, with pickles currently being a favorite. Together, the children delight in family activities like swimming at the pool, playing putt-putt, enjoying games, and watching classic movies such as The Sandlot and Home Alone. The family also enjoys traveling for vacations and exploring new experiences together, while maintaining a warm and engaging home environment that emphasizes care, love, and connection.
The ideal nanny is experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with children of varying ages. They should be attentive to the children’s needs while also helping the household run smoothly, showing initiative as a self-starter. Experience with infants and toddlers is highly valued, along with the ability to foster developmental milestones, encourage learning, and create fun, engaging activities. Flexibility is important, as occasional overnight care may be needed for vacations, and travel with the family is a possibility. A great communicator, trustworthy, and proactive professional will thrive in this family’s positive, dynamic, and loving environment.

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations (based on family preference).
