A Warm, Grounded, and Joyful Perrysburg, OH Family is Seeking a Full-Time Nanny!
Children: 1 child; 8.5 months old
Salary: $22 per hour
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time – Monday through Friday. 32 hours guaranteed
Location: Perrysburg, OH
Start Date: ASAP
This warm, grounded, and joyful family is enjoying every moment of being first-time parents and embracing this exciting season of life. After spending several years living on the West Coast, they are returning to the Midwest to be closer to extended family and build roots in their new community. Their home environment is calm, welcoming and genuine, blending relaxed energy with a great sense of humor. They enjoy unwinding together in the evenings with favorite TV shows and movies and love getting outside for walks as a family. Their baby is a happy, curious, and thrives on interaction and loves getting out of the house to explore the world around them. This family values authenticity, kindness, and connection, and they are looking forward to welcoming a nanny who will become a trusted and appreciated part of their everyday life.
The ideal nanny is caring, responsible, and deeply understands the importance of being trusted with a child’s care and development. This family is seeking someone who takes pride in their work, approaches caregiving with intention, and recognizes the meaningful impact they will have during these early developmental stages. Reliability, strong communication, and a vigilant approach to safety are essential. The nanny should be open to feedback, willing to learn, and comfortable working collaboratively with parents who are calm, gentle, and supportive. A playful and creative approach to engaging with an infant through interaction, movement, and age-appropriate play is highly valued. The family hopes to find someone affectionate, steady, and emotionally attuned who is interested in building a long-term relationship and growing alongside their family.

Requirements
Requirements:
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations (based on family preference).
