A Welcoming, Upbeat, and Close-knit family in Upper Arlington, OH is seeking a Full-Time Nanny!
Children: Two children (4-year-old and infant)
Salary: $25–$30 per hour based on duties and experience
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time; Monday–Friday, 40 hours guaranteed
Location: Upper Arlington, OH
Start Date: ASAP

The family is seeking a mature, reliable, and truly committed nanny who takes pride in providing exceptional care and proactively supporting children’s development. The ideal candidate is confident caring for both a preschooler and an infant at the same time and genuinely enjoys the unique needs of each age. This nanny will bring calm leadership, strong judgment, and the ability to manage daily routines with consistency by creating a smooth rhythm that supports learning, cooperation, and emotional growth. A proactive caregiver who engages the 4-year-old with enriching activities that build focus, independence, and curiosity, while also supporting the infant’s feeding, sleep, and milestone progress, will thrive in this role. The family values someone who communicates well with both parents and children, maintains high personal standards, and is excited to build a lasting partnership, including occasionally staying for dinner or traveling with the family when needed. Requirements
Requirements:
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations (based on family preference).
