A Welcoming, Adventurous, and Family-Centered Dublin/Powell, OH Samily is Seeking a Full-Time Nanny!
Children: One child (approximately 6 months old at start date)
Salary: $25–$27 per hour based on duties and experience
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time; Monday–Friday, 40 hours guaranteed
Location: Dublin/Powell, OH (family relocating in June 2026)
Start Date: June 2026
This welcoming family is relocating to the Dublin/Powell area in June 2026 and is excited to find a nanny who will become a trusted extension of their household. Both parents are hardworking and disciplined in their careers, but family is always the top priority and the center of daily life. They welcomed their baby in December 2025 and are enjoying discovering their personality and preferences day by day; especially a growing love for music, naps, and being outside in the sunshine. This is an active family that loves getting out of the house, whether it’s a simple park visit, trying a new restaurant, exploring local spots, or taking weekend trips within driving distance. They are originally from Tennessee and look forward to visiting often! They hope to raise their child in a loving, faith-centered home and would love a nanny who enjoys staying busy, exploring, and creating age appropriate activities for their little one!
The family is seeking a kind, experienced nanny who brings confidence with infants and genuinely enjoys supporting early development. The ideal caregiver will align with and respect the family’s values and parenting preferences, while bringing a warm, calm presence to each day. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping children explore the world by planning outings like the library, zoo, parks, and local activities that encourage curiosity and engagement. Because this is such an important developmental season, the family would love a nanny who is proactive about milestones and enrichment, incorporating music, outdoor time, sensory play, reading, and age-appropriate routines that support growth. They are looking for someone responsible and trustworthy, someone they can feel completely comfortable with who communicates well and integrates naturally into the family dynamic. Above all, they hope to build a long-term partnership with a nanny who is nurturing, dependable, and excited to grow alongside their child.

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations (based on family preference).
