Children: One child (4 months old)
Salary: $25–$30 per hour based on duties and experience
Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time; Tuesday–Thursday, 24 hours guaranteed
Location: Grandview, OH

This close-knit Grandview family is excited to welcome a nanny who will feel like a natural extension of their home. They are deeply attentive and present with their baby, prioritizing cues, interests, and a calm, connected daily rhythm. Outdoor time is a core value in this household, whether it’s a neighborhood walk, time at the park, or simply stepping outside for fresh air and a nervous-system reset. They also embrace a healthy lifestyle, enjoying cooking with fresh, clean ingredients, working out, and reading. Both parents are highly involved in caregiving and value a true team approach at home. Their household blends American and German culture, and they are a bilingual family. They are also a screen-free home and are looking for a caregiver who shares that same commitment to engaged, in-the-moment care. Overall, this is a warm, thoughtful environment where connection, wellness, and quality time are genuinely prioritized.
The family is seeking a nanny with strong infant experience who is confident supporting early milestones and nurturing development with intention. They are looking for someone who will build a meaningful bond with their baby and become a trusted part of the family’s everyday life. Open communication, honesty, and mutual trust are essential, and the ideal nanny will feel comfortable partnering closely with both parents while also bringing confidence and initiative to the day. This role is perfect for a caregiver who enjoys enriching an infant’s world through conversation, music, reading, tummy time, sensory play, and consistent routines while staying fully engaged and screen-free. The family would love someone who is excited to get out of the house as appropriate, whether that’s a stroller walk, a trip to the library, or a simple adventure to a coffee shop. Most of all, they hope to find a warm, nurturing nanny who their little one will light up to see each day.
