A Warm, Outdoorsy, and Family-Oriented Worthington Family is Seeking a Part-Time Nanny!
Children: One infant
Salary: $27–$33 per hour based on duties and experience
Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time; Monday–Friday (schedule to be determined based on variable work schedules). Weekend hours will be infrequent but may require a couple of times per year
Location: Worthington, OH
Start Date: June 2026
This sweet family truly loves the home and life they have built together and is excited to welcome a nanny as they step into parenthood for the first time! Their days are often centered around the outdoors and the simple joys of home; gardening, walking their two adopted dogs, spending time on the back porch and caring for their backyard chickens. They love cooking and sharing great food with friends and family, and they value connection, laughter, and a relaxed, welcoming environment. Travel is also a big part of their lives, and they enjoy exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and especially unwinding at the beach. Nature, animals, and art are woven into their everyday lifestyle, and the home has a warm, creative feel shaped by a love of photography, golf, and plenty of personality from their pets. This is a thoughtful, upbeat household looking for someone who will bring calm, consistency, and genuine care to their baby’s early months.
The family is seeking a calm, reliable nanny with strong infant experience who will feel like a true extension of the household. They want someone they can trust completely with their first newborn and who takes pride in providing attentive, nurturing care during this important stage of development. Strong communication is essential! This family greatly values a caregiver who shares updates proactively, asks questions, and partners with them as a team. Flexibility is also a key need, as both parents have variable schedules and may have occasional last-minute changes. With work travel and shifting weekly hours, the ideal nanny will be adaptable, steady, and comfortable adjusting plans while keeping the baby’s routine and well-being at the center. Above all, they are looking for someone kind, responsible, and genuinely passionate about nannying, someone who will build a loving bond with their baby and be excited to grow with the family during this new chapter.

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations (based on family preference).
