About the Role
A Warm, Active, and Family-Focused Carroll, OH Family is seeking a Part-Time Nanny!
Children: Three children, 8 years old, 3 years old, and 6 months old
Salary: $25–$40 per hour based on experience and duties
Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time; 12 hours guaranteed. Monday 9:15 AM–3:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, and every other Friday. Room for additional hours!
Location: Carroll, OH
Start Date: ASAP
This active and family-focused Carroll family is excited to welcome a nanny who can become a trusted extra set of hands in their busy, fun-filled home. They enjoy spending as much time outside as possible, especially golfing, swimming, playing sports, and making the most of their backyard pool, hot tub, turf area, and putting green. Their home is full of energy, movement, and connection, with a strong emphasis on spending meaningful time together while also encouraging independence, confidence, and leadership in their children. The family also values whole foods, home-cooked meals, and a thoughtful approach to what their children eat. Their oldest child is bright, strong-minded, independent, and loves sports and outdoor play. Their middle child is sweet, loving, expressive, and full of personality. Their youngest is an easygoing baby who is becoming more active and curious each day.
The ideal nanny for this role is warm, dependable, engaging, proactive, and comfortable stepping into a true family-support role. This position is a wonderful fit for someone who enjoys working alongside a parent, playing with children, keeping them engaged, helping with routines, and providing an extra set of eyes during outings or busy moments at home. The family would love someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and is willing to help lighten the household load through child-related tasks such as children’s laundry, picking up behind the children, and supporting the flow of the day. Over time, this role has room to grow and may include additional hours, helping with light homeschooling support using prepared lesson plans, occasional outings, and potential travel if it is the right fit. A flexible, patient, trustworthy nanny with a calm but fun presence would thrive with this family.

Requirements
Nanny applicant must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in education, psychology, counseling, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 2 years professional experience within the nanny or childcare industry.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States
Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 professional childcare references.
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification is required for placement.
All nanny applicants must be willing to submit to a complete background check, driving record review, 10 panel drug test and social media review.
Up to date on all vaccinations including yearly flu and Covid-19 vaccinations (based on family preference).
